Clients who accept services offered by ExpatSOSHK also agrees to the following:

The company which is ExpatSOSHK:

• Will not be held any responsibility or liability for any injuries occurring during any course of our services offered to our clients.
• Our fees do not include charges of third party vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete the job, unless specified (e.g cost of tickets, government fees, transportation fees like taxis)
• requires immediate payment once service has been rendered to the client.

Fees may fluctuate according to unforeseen changes such as governmental costs and changes in our supplier pricings. (We will communicate any changes as soon as the information becomes available to us.).

Services may be cancelled with a 24 hour notice.

ExpaSOSHK is not liable for damaged items during the course of our services, however we inform all of our staff about such dangers and will spend the utmost attention to these details.

ExpatSOSHK reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, delete any of the "Terms of Use " contained herein or add new "Terms of Use" to this Agreement without written notice to the customer.

Expat SOSHK reserves the right not to provide services to anyone.

However, ExpatSOSHK reserves the right to make all final decisions in all matters.
